The RISE 2022-2023 Safe Return Plan is now open for public comment. We invite you to review the document and give input. The public comments will be used to make updates to the plan for the upcoming year. We will also revisit the plan as we receive updated guidance from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control.
